Our starting point
Behind a name in a file is a person with interests and choices. A campaign needs to respect them. It also needs to give teams a way to check their claims and explain what they are offering.
ONG Conseil publishes Résonance for teams preparing campaigns. The goal is simple: bring useful documents together, write the messages and help each person understand what to check before publication.
The campaign dossier brings together the objective, starting documents, messages and corrections. The person preparing an email, the person checking a date and the person approving publication can then work from the same information.
Responsibility does not disappear when writing gets faster. Finding a source, understanding a correction and identifying a decision are all part of the same work.
Our design principles
Make it clear whether a text is being written, awaiting review or ready to hand over. Explain which information is missing.
Before contacting someone, check what may interest them and what they have agreed to receive.
Show an example for what it really demonstrates. Explain which features are presented and which remain to be built.
