The same foundation in every plan.
A campaign dossier connects the objective, sources, content, reviewers and agreed version. Keep qualifications visible through handover, then distinguish confirmed results from what remains unknown.
Campaign brief, schedule and responsibilities.
Reference facts, dated documents and shared vocabulary.
Drafts, formats, corrections and versions.
Review, approval and reassessment when a source changes.
Handover dossier and documented reporting.
Access rights, restrictions and data retrieval.
Advertising space, printing, postage and tools that send your messages are billed separately. If existing files are difficult to transfer or another tool needs connecting, that work is described and priced separately.
Studio structures the work of one organisation and its campaign team.
Integral supports broader coordination: teams, entities or clients keeping their responsibilities while sharing a working framework.
Enterprise starts from specific deployment requirements.
Sector alone does not determine the plan; contributors, workflows and complexity matter more.
What changes with annual billing?
It combines twelve months into one payment. Studio totals €58,800 per year and Integral €154,800 per year. Each total equals twelve monthly payments: this pricing table applies no discount.
Payment frequency does not, by itself, define the commitment period or renewal terms.
What is the difference between Studio and Integral?
The core work is the same: connect a brief, sources, content and a decision.
Integral adds coordination across teams and workspaces, including mandates, responsibilities and changes to follow.
The choice should reflect real work within your organisation; it does not rest on a promise of automatic gains.
Do I need to import a contact database?
No. Project documents are enough to prepare a speech, programme page or public answers.
To send messages to people, you also need to check contact details, preferences and previous appeals.
The plan therefore depends on the work to do, not just the size of a file.
Which formats can we prepare?
The campaign dossier provides a reference for public pages, emails, letters, local-team briefs, talking points and FAQs. Format and length change; confirmed facts and qualifications should remain consistent.
Preparing a format does not mean it has been published, sent or delivered.
How does agency collaboration work?
Define the client, authorised people, relevant dossiers and duration of the mandate. Review and approval responsibilities remain explicit.
Access to several workspaces implies neither ownership of all their data nor their combination into a shared contact database.
Are delivery tools and CRMs included?
Identify the tools you already use to send emails, publish or track donations. The proposal should explain how to retrieve data and give the texts to those tools: through files or a direct connection, if available.
Their subscriptions, advertising space, printing and postage remain separate.
How are allowances and excess usage defined?
Sizing covers users, workspaces, stored contacts, documents and production operations. Limits and units must be clear before adoption.
A changed allowance requires a known price and an agreed decision; this table includes neither unlimited consumption nor automatic additional charges.
What counts as a production operation?
An AI request means asking for a draft or another wording, such as a shorter version of an email. The number of people receiving that email is a separate measure.
Limits and billing rules need to be agreed before use.
Reviewing a text, updating a contact refusal or retrieving your files are not new writing requests.
Does onboarding replace the software?
Onboarding helps teams adopt the product: organise sources, define responsibilities, prepare the first campaigns and establish a shared method.
Complex migration or a bespoke integration is described and priced separately. Onboarding remains part of deploying Résonance.
Does Résonance take a commission on donations?
The plans use a software subscription without commission on donations.
When evaluating a nonprofit campaign, reporting should separate associated donations, costs and effects that can actually be attributed to the work. A fundraising total alone does not prove a return on the software.
How should we prepare a complete budget?
Start with the subscription, then define onboarding work, integration requirements, external tools and production volumes. Separate recurring costs from one-off expenditure.
Tax treatment, commitment, renewal and exit conditions must be agreed before a contract.
